Stockton College will not be moving into Ponderlodge. Coastal Broadcasting has learned that Stockton College has informed the state’s Department of Environmental Protection that they will no longer be pursuing the Ponderlodge property for environmental studies. Richard Boornazian, who works in the DEP, said that the buildings would be demolished and the area would be maintained as a wildlife refuge. Stockton College will be in charge of the security of the property until the demolition takes place.
