North Wildwood Police made an arrest of a man wanted on warrants out of Woodbine and Dennis Township. Chet Labov (30), residing in Dennisville NJ, was arrested on the warrants. Further investigation revealed that Labov was in possession of an amount of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of hypodeminc needles and possession of drug paraphernaila. Labov was charged with the drug possession offenses and was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center on a warrant. Bail was set at $10,000.
