DEMS WANT TO SEE CHRISTIE REPAY COSTS OF PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN SECURITY

While Gov. Chris Christie is out of the state campaigning during his presidential run, New Jersey State Police go with him to protect him. Democrats in New Jersey want to see the state repaid for those costs. A bill was sponsored in New Jersey to see the state repaid for all of the expenses incurred by Christie’s constant travel out of state. Though it is unlikely to be approved because it would need to be signed into law by Christie.
