The Democratic candidate in the gubernatorial election has passed a big milestone. Barbara Buono has qualified for matching state funding. Buono is over the $380,000 needed to raise to get $2 for every $1 she raises once she reaches at least $516,000 since the state does not match the first $122,000. Gov. Chris Christie decided not to take matching funding because it limits the amount of money Christie can raise.
