DELIVERY DRIVER ROBBED IN ABSECON

A Chinese food delivery driver was robbed on a route in Absecon. It all went down Monday night at the Oyster Bay Condominiums. The victim, a delivery driver for Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant reported that he was attempting to make a delivery to a unit in Building 12 when two black males in their 20’s approached him in the parking lot. The victim stated that the males forced him to the ground and removed money, credit cards and an Iphone 5 from his pockets. The victim stated that the one male brandished a handgun during the attack. The suspects ran off behind Building 12 and towards Route 9. No further description could be supplied at this time. Anyone with information is asked to reach out to police.
