DELAWARE POLICE IDENTIFY ATLANTIC COUNTY MAN SHOT TO DEATH

Delaware Police have identified the Absecon man who was shot to death Thursday evening.  Police say Donte Demunguia lost his life when he was shot in the torso on a staircase in an apartment complex.  A homicide unit continues to investigate.
