It’s another three-year term in offfice for current Middle Township Mayor Susan DeLanzo. DeLanzo will be sworn in to another three year term in office during the Middle Township Committee’s reorganization meeting this evening at 6:00pm. The committee is expected to choose who earns the title of mayor for 2011; in Middle Township’s form of government, the mayor is not directly elected, but chosen by the three-member township committee. Two veteran Middle Township Police sergeants will also retire, Rich McHale and Mark Devico. The committee may also again the sale of some township-owned land in Whitesboro.
