DEATH IN LOWER TOWNSHIP RULED SUICIDE

A death that was suspected to be a suicide has been confirmed. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office confirms that David Crews, of North Cape May killed himself with a single gunshot. An autopsy was done by the Southern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office. Crews parked his van outside of Township Hall in Lower Township on Sept. 11. Authorities found Crews dead at the scene.
