DEATH COMES FROM ATV ACCIDENT LAST MONTH

A Millville teen passed away following an ATV accident last month. Scott Bailey was attempting to recover at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He suffered head injuries that were too severe to overcome. The ATV’s front came down and he was thrown from the machine, according to the initial police report. Bailey was 15-years-old.
