A local woman will be facing death by auto charges. A Cape May County Grand Jury returned an indictment against Mihaela Reilly, 25 of Cambridge Drive, Seaville. The State alleges that on July 21, 2014, defendant was using a hand-held wireless telephone while operating a motor vehicle on Route 9 in Upper Township when she struck and killed a pedestrian, David Loder. The second degree crime means Reilly faces the potential of 10 years in prison.
