A bill that would essentially allow Dave & Buster’s to operate in New Jersey is now law. Gov. Chris Christie put pen to paper to sign a bill that pealed back a key restriction that kept the chain out of New Jersey. It was previously illegal for a business to hold a liquor license if it is 20,000 square feet and operates more than 100 amusement games. The company is seeking the chance to open locations in New Jersey that could employ 200 construction workers and 175 when it opens.
