CYCLIST INJURED DURING COLLISION WITH MOTOR VEHICLE IN CREST

A man was injured when he apparently went through a traffic signal and was struck on his bicycle by a motor vehicle in Wildwood Crest on Monday.  Crest Police say 22 year old Dejana Vujatu of Bulgaria was injured at the intersection of New Jersey Avenue and Cardinal Road on Monday morning.  Vujatu suffered an extreme lower leg injury during the accident.  No charges are pending at this time against the driver of the vehicle.
