CUSTOMER DATA STOLEN FROM HORIZON BLUE CROSS

Personal information has been swiped by thieves who broke into the computer system belonging to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Officials say the data breach occurred on July 30th, but no sensitive information was taken, including Social Security numbers. The thief put in claims for medical services that were never performed.
