The deadline for accepting bids on the Cumberland Manor Nursing Home was pushed back from today to January 24th. According to the Press of Atlantic City, potential bidders asked to inspect the facility before submitting their bids. The Cumberland County Freeholder Board wants to turn over control of the nursing home to a private company. The facility has been operating at an annual deficit of one to two million dollars.
