An auction was held on Tuesday for the Cumberland Manor. LTC Management, LLC was the high bidder. Cumberland County approved the sale for $14 million, which will keep the employees who work at the manor employed. The company submitted two bids, one for $14 million and the other for $14.1 million. Those bids represent taking over the nursing home with and without guaranteeing the current employees a job respectively. The same group bought the Salem County Nursing Home last year. A public auction was held on the property. The home was facing a near $10 million budget gap.
