A 32 year-old Cumberland County woman has been charged with killing and burying her 61 year-old father in Fairfield Township. State Police have charged Kandice Dixey and her boyfriend, 24 year-old Norman Kacewich, for killing and burying her father Michael Dixey in a wooded area near his mobile home. The two suspects are currently in the Cecil County Jail in Maryland where they were formerly charged with the crimes after Dixey’s remains were found. He was reported missing earlier this month.
