A 32 year old Cumberland County man will be sentenced in April after he admitted to participating in straw purchases to obtain firearms that he was not allowed to buy. Acting United States Attorney General Rachael Honing announced that Darick Nollett pleaded guilty Monday via video conference. He was not allowed to buy the firearms due to a prior felony conviction. More than 30 firearms were recovered from his residence last year. The maximum sentence is five years in prison and a quarter of a million dollar fine.
