A man running from the law for six weeks was brought into custody this week. New Jersey State Police say they arrested Paul Willoughby, 20, of Fairlfield Township. Willoughby managed to elude authorities for over a month by using multiple locations as hide-outs. Willoughby was wanted in the the January 16 murder of Jermarl Dawkins that occurred at the Burlington Manor Apartments in Bridgeton City. Willoughby is accused of shooting Dawkins multiple times before fleeing. Bail was set at $750,000.
