CUMBERLAND COUNTY DEMS: DROP FREEHOLDER RECOUNT

Cumberland County democrats are dropping their recount of ballots in the recent freeholder election.  Democratic party chairman Bob Balicki says he will no longer pursue a recount in connection with the race.  He had said the recount was possible due to voting machines breaking down in Vineland and Millville.  The Cumberland County freeholder elections gave the democrats a scant one seat advantage on the freeholder board in a very democratic county.
