Another local pizza business has admitted to skipping out on paying taxes. NJ.com reports that Guiseppe D’Arancio and a second owner of Sal’s Ristorante and Pizzera admitted to keeping two different sets of accounting books from 2010 through 2016 and skipping out on paying nearly a half million dollars in taxes. Maximum penalties are three years in prison. The restaurant is closed for the winter season. The second owner was not identified in the report.
