CREST MAN CHARGED WITH ELUDING POLICE ON A DIRT BIKE

Police in Wildwood Crest have charged 41 year old Jason Simpkins with two counts of eluding after he failed to stop his dirt bike when approached by police.  Police say he twice eluded police on December 4th and was later stopped on December 9th.  He has been charged with multiple motor vehicle summonses, including Possession of a Motor Vehicle Master Key.
