A new report says New Jersey is continuing to protect its coastline by creating artificial reefs. The Press of Atlantic City reports part of the plan involves sinking a 90-foot vessel about six miles off the coast of Sea Isle City. The decision has been made to move away from subway cars. The state already has 15 artificial reefs set up.
