COURTS TO TAKE CHARGE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING

The state Supreme Court has ruled that courts will now be in charge of affordable housing. The state’s highest court voted 6-0 to strip the state of control, saying the Christie’s administration has violated laws on affordable housing. According to the ruling, trial courts will have say on individual town’s affordable housing obligations.
