COURTS: LOCAL TOWNS CAN BAN ELECTRONIC BILLBOARDS

Good news if you are not a fan of electronic billboards that pop up along local highways and roadways.  A court has ruled that towns have the authority to ban electronic billboards if they choose to do so.  NJ.com reports that a court made a ruling in favor of Franklin Township which attempted to ban the billboards in that community.
