COURT: WE ARE TIRED OF WAITING FOR CHRISTIE

The New Jersey Supreme Court appears to be fed up with Governor Christie’s lack of action on affordable housing regulations.  The Court met on Tuesday and justices expressed their dissatisfaction with Christie’s lack of progress on enforcing rules relating to the Council on Affordable Housing.  Last year, the Court ordered COAH to write new guidelines for affordable housing.
