A 62 year old man from Cape May Court House was noted by the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office Saturday for violating Governor Phil Murphy’s stay at home executive order. The Office announced that Franklin Moore was charged by New Jersey State Police possession of heroin and motor vehicle violations after he was found unresponsive during a motor vehicle accident.
