COURT DATE COMING FOR WINE LOGO THAT LOOKS LIKE PARKWAY SIGN

A small North Jersey winery says it did nothing wrong when it used a green and yellow logo that looks something like a Garden State Parkway sign.  What Exit Wines says it did not infringe upon a trademark owned by the New Jersey Highway Authority with its new circular logo.  The Authority says further legal action is warranted unless the logo changes.
