Today could be some of the worst of the storm people could see over the week. While everyone was concerned about a hurricane, a nor’easter is impacting the area right now. The National Weather Service is calling for 1 to 2 inches of rain today, which is part of why some of the biggest flooding concerns are for today. The wind is also a concern, with gusts possible of up to 55 mph per hour. Today is the type of day if you don’t need to be out to stay inside as some of the worst of the weather moves through the area.
