Amarak looks like it is going to keep the lease on concessions at the Cape May County Park & Zoo at tonight’s meeting. An attorney for BNN, Inc. was able to convince the Cape May County Board of Chosen Freeholders to table a vote to give a contract extension to Amarak two weeks ago. The formula is based on revenue sharing. The county will make 17 percent for the first million in concession sales, and 24 percent there after. The meeting tonight begins at 7 p.m.
