Cape May County has shipped its business recovery plan and path to reopening to Governor Phil Murphy on Tuesday. County freeholders supported the plan which involved numerous stakeholder involvement. It includes various benchmarks to be considered for rentals, business openings, and other matters. The recovery initiative also would permit the opening of all aspects of the rental industry on a gradual basis.
