COUNTY HOLDS EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS CONFERENCE

A good turnout on Thursday at Avalon Community Hall for the 2015 Cape May County Emergency Preparedness Conference. County Emergency Management Director Marty Pagliughi discussed various initiatives designed to save lives, including the sheltering of pets next to traditional evacuation shelters. Vince Maione from Atlantic City Electric also discussed various ways the utility company will be prepared for future coastal storms in the Garden State.
