COULD RED LIGHT CAMERAS MAKE A RETURN IN THE GARDEN STATE?

Its possible lawmakers could consider red light cameras again in New Jersey in 2016. A report is being finalized by the Department of Transportation and will be presented to the legislature that may include a recommendation. A pilot program was bagged previously as issues arose over tickets that were being issued that shouldn’t have been. Other states use the red light cameras but none are in operation in the state currently.
