COSTINO PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO HEALTH CARE FRAUD

North Wildwood physician Dr. John Costino appeared in court on Friday and pleaded not guilty to an indictment that alleges health care fraud.  Costino is accused of turning in paperwork for various medical treatments and therapy that were never administered or provided.  Costino and his wife Barbara are both charged in a three count indictment; both pleaded not guilty.  Dr. Costino was arrested in 2007 following an investigation.  Costino has practiced medicine in Cape May County for 30 years.
