A senior corrections officer was found guilty in providing heroin to an inmate. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office said that Nazair Bey, of Pittsgrove, was found guilty on official misconduct and distributing heroin charges. The jury found that Bey was guilty for those actions between Aug. and Sept. of 2011, while working at the state prison in Leesburg. Bey faces a potential of up to 10 years in prison.
