Bridgeton Police announced the weekend arrest of 26 year old Raheem J. Jacobs who has been on the run for over a year. Police say Jacobs was wanted for eluding police during a motor vehicle stop. He was arrested on weapons charges over the weekend; bail set at just over $100,000 cash.
