A tragic accident involving a construction worker on the Garden State Parkway on Tuesday. New Jersey State Police say 46 year old Donald Tomaio was killed when a dump truck backed up in a construction zone and killed him. The fatal accident occurred Tuesday morning on the southbound lanes of the Parkway in Bass River Township, Burlington County.
