CONGRESSIONAL DEBATE HELD IN ATLANTIC CITY

On Thursday night a debate was held for the two major candidates for New Jersey’s 2nd Congressional seat. Incumbent Frank LoBiondo-(R) and challenger Bill Hughes-(D) faced off against each other at the Borgata Casino and Hotel. In addition to answering questions about hot topics, the two candidates actually asked each other questions. Issues relating to the South Jersey economy were discussed in detail, as casino closures have added to increased unemployment for our area.
