A well known magazine has named Congress Hall the best inn in New Jersey. “Travel and Leisure” readers voted Congress Hall the winner during an annual readers survey. The hotel is 200 years old but continues to be a top stop for people wanting to visit the Jersey Shore, and Cape May in particular.
