Lower Township will be holding its annual fireworks celebration this year, once again thanks to community support. Deputy Mayor Kevin Lare reported that the township collected $26,000 in donations and could have more before it is all said and done. The donations are actually more this year than last. This year’s celebration will take place on July 3 and will be held along the bay front in North Cape May. There will be food, live music, and vendors. Rides will cost $1 per ride.
