COMMERCIAL RECORDING STUDIO COMING TO OCEAN CITY

Last week the Ocean City Planning Board unanimously approved an application for a commercial recording studio on Third Street and West Avenue. The Ocean City Gazette reports that the property is owned by Benjamin Burnley, the lead singer for Breaking Benjamin, a Pennsylvania-based hard rock group that released an album last year after a five-year hiatus. Burnley already uses the studio for personal recording and says it will operate only during daytime hours.
