Cumberland County has issued its first Code Blue warnings. A Code Blue has been activated for Friday and Saturday nights. There will be warming centers opened in Bridgeton, Millville, and Vineland, as a result. The effort attempts to provide the homeless with a place to go when temperatures get to below freezing.
