The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Watch for the Jersey Shore for the Tuesday evening high tide. Hurricane Jose is expected to pass a few hundred miles to our east on Tuesday. However, the storm may create minor to moderate coastal flooding at time of high tide, expected around 8:30pm Tuesday.
