COASTAL FLOOD WARNING, WIND ADVISORY, FLASH FLOODING POSSIBLE

A very wet evening and Friday morning at the Jersey Shore.  The National Weather Service has posted a Coastal Flood Warning, a High Wind Advisory, and a Flash Flood Watch for Thursday night into Friday morning.  A low pressure system will drop at least a few inches of rain on our region tonight and there will be moderate coastal flooding at time of high tide which occurs around 8:30pm Thursday.  It’s possible some coastal flooding could still occur Friday morning.  Take extra time for your commute, and never drive on a flooded street.
