A Coastal Flood Warning remains posted Monday morning by the National Weather Service. High tide will occur around 9:00am today and moderate coastal flooding is expected in shore resorts. There’s a chance more flooding may be in the forecast for Monday night or Tuesday. Emergency management officials in our County will talk today about the path of Hurricane Florence, which still appears to be a direct hit for the Carolinas before moving inland, later this week.
