COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY POSTED FOR JERSEY SHORE TONIGHT

The National Weather Service has posted a Coastal Flood Advisory for the Jersey Shore this evening.  The advisory is in effect between the hours of 6:00pm and 11:00pm.  There is the possibility for minor coastal flooding at time of high tide.  High tide will occur at the Townsend’s Inlet Bridge between Avalon and Sea Isle City shortly before 7:00pm.  It is possible the advisories may be extend into Thursday.
