The United States Coast Guard has set a modified port condition of X-Ray for the Port of Delaware Bay as Tropical Storm Isaias approaches. Heavy rains, gale force winds, increased seas and surf are all likely according to the Coast Guard. Vessels must have effective mooring and anchorage arrangements for anticipated high winds, and cargo operations must cease when sustained winds reach 40mph.
