“Modified Whiskey” is the classification set by the United States Coast Guard for the port of the Delaware Bay thanks to Hurricane Dorian. Tropical storm force winds are possible in a couple of days from the storm, and the port will remain open. Owners of pleasure craft are advised to pay close attention to the forecast.
