The United States Coast Guard is keeping a watchful eye on a commercial fishing vessel that sank over the weekend in the Manasquan Inlet. The 44-foot boat “Miss Kathleen” sank; three men and a dog were rescued. The Coast Guard is now monitoring the environmental impact of the boat.
