COAST GUARD MEMBER ACCUSED OF ASSAULT WILL BE DISCHARGED

A former petty officer at the Cape May Coast Guard base has been sentenced to six months confinement for a sexual assault.  Petty Officer Third Class William Fisher will be dishonorably discharged from the Coast Guard as a result of the sentence.  Fisher is serving his sentence in Virginia.
