COAST GUARD CUTTER DEPENDABLE BACK AT HOMEPORT

The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Dependable returned to homeport in Cape May Monday at 11:30 a.m. During the 29-day patrol, Dependable was tasked with enforcing marine wildlife protection laws, as well as fisheries and safety regulations, completing more than 20 boardings of commercial fishing vessels. Throughout the patrol, when not conducting boardings, the crew enhanced its readiness through drills and training exercises.
